I never brush my teeth before I go to bed, but I always to in the morning… why do we have to brush our teeth at night? I never kiss anyone in my sleep :S (Or, I don’t think I do xD)

I think we are told to bush our teeth like you said once in the in morning and once at night just to, like, keep the plack and germs at bay
Because like when you brush them in the morning they are not going to do
“He washed his teeth in the morning, its alright, not going to grow any more plack until this evening!”
But really it is out of personal choice at the end of the day really
Its up to you as the indiviual if you bush your teeth before you go bed or not
